Are female tears typically genuine or are they usually manipulative?

ok thats a hard one, sometimes females can on command burst into tears but the ones that do that manipulate in most other areas… the badger and whine to get what they want they withhold”affection” when u say no…… the other type of females cry when brokenhearted…. like me , i almost always rather hold it in than cry and if i cry ( like once a year or twice at most) its because i cant hold it in anymore. so dont judge please becasue nothing is sexier than a man who can have compassion. just use wisdom when picking a female who wont manipulate you in any way.
