Is it normal to weez when you breathe after working out?

i don’t normally weez but today i was when i breathed in and out. it was like a whistle or something was blocking my passage way. i’m light headed and dizzy like i normally am after i work out but just weezing too. all of my teeth are very sensitive on the left side as well and i don’t know why because i don’t have sensitive teeth. i pushed my heart rate up to 185 today which is definitely high intensity. could i have asthma?
could it be sports induced asthma tho?

Yes slight wheezing is normal after an intense cardio workout.

The issue with your teeth is not related to your wheezing. But the sensation might be a result of breathing intensely with your mouth open (during your cardio).

If you had asthma you’d know it. Just like you’d know it if you had a broken ankle. If you did 185 you don’t have asthma.
